OUR LITTLE E MAN

Well, not good news this post. I will be writing more details of Easten on his carepage here at Primary's at www.carepages.com his website name is "Easten" for those of you who have never seen it, you will need to make your own login name and password. I will update it as news comes from the docs and news on his transplant.
We came down Monday for his check up and his blood work did not turn out so well. They have admitted him down here at Primary's and we will be staying for a bit. They may send us home next week to finish off his antibiotics with his PICC line and then come back down when the rounds of meds are done in the next 2-3 weeks depending on how he is doing.
Earlier today they did his ultrasound of his liver to see if the bile ducts have stopped working and to see how is Portal Vein is holding up. Results will come later tonight.
Tomorrow on Wednesday around 1:00 we will head down to have an esophogeal scope done to find where the bleeding is coming from and if he has a tear because he has blood in his stool. They need to find the source where it is coming from. Right after that they will insert his PICC line so when we go home I can do his infusions there. (We have done that before after his first initial Kasai surgery he had 3 PICC lines throughout that time and we were able to do them at home!)They will put him out for this one, thankfully and then on Thursday they will do his Ecocardiogram to make sure there is no damage or severe stress to his heart.
That is the plan for now, I will update here and mostly on his carepage, so please follow his progression and pray for his health and strength! He is so strong!!!!! Pray that one way or another, transplant or not, that he will be watched over!! I know he will do great, he is my little fighter! I love you my sweet Easten boy!
